Cozy Window is a digital room creation and sharing service operated by Ahmet Servet Polat in Türkiye. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you need help, email [email protected].

Making and sharing rooms

You can create a room without an account. Keep access to the same browser session if you want to edit an anonymous room. If you lose that session, we may not be able to restore access. A published room and its note can be viewed by anyone who has its link. People you share it with can share it again. Active rooms can be edited, and changes appear at the existing link.

You are responsible for the text and room content you submit. Only add content you have the right to share. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or rights infringing content. You keep ownership of your content and allow us to store and display it as needed to run the service. Contact us if a shared room exposes your personal information or infringes your rights.

Free and Premium

Free includes one room at a time and one publication in total. Its link stays open for 24 hours from first publication; editing does not restart the clock. Unpublished drafts are kept for seven days after the last edit. After a free link expires, the room can be recovered with Premium for seven days before scheduled deletion.

Premium is a one-time purchase tied to a signed-in account, with no recurring subscription charge. It allows up to five rooms at a time, all available items and Premium room colors, published links without a set expiry date, and a custom link. Premium access continues while Cozy Window provides the service, unless the purchase is refunded or access is removed for a valid reason. We may change or discontinue features, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Purchases and refunds

Polar is the merchant of record and handles checkout and payment. The price, currency, and applicable taxes are shown in Polar’s checkout before you pay. Your purchase is also subject to Polar’s Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy gives you 14 days from purchase to request a full refund without giving a reason. A full refund removes payment-based Premium access and closes published rooms that depend on it. Your statutory consumer rights still apply.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Cozy Window available, but outages and changes can happen. Save a copy of any note you cannot afford to lose. We may update these terms; the date above identifies the current version. If a change materially affects a paid feature, contact us so we can address it fairly. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
